The Challenge: Provide a solution to satisfy the NAIC Annuity Suitability model regulation, whereby those selling annuities must be certified against the Company's products they sell, and the state(s) they sell in.

The Challenge: AXA wanted a redesign that was aesthetically pleasing, intuitive and easily mapped to mobile devices. The site had to be consistent with AXA’s intranet site(s) and branding and maintain users’ course assignment and administrators’ rights. It also had to be cost effective.

Deep links had to be simple to implement, cost effective, and generate automatically for all content uploaded. It had to support all third parties content providers and link to content located on the AXA intranet.

In-person coaching can be a time-consuming process.

The Video Coach application gives you back this time by enabling agents to record themselves practicing their sales pitch, elevator speech, etc, and submit it to their manager for review. Managers can then leave feedback at specific timecodes, allowing agents to see exactly where they need work.
