The Challenge: Like many financial services companies, Waddell & Reed's LMS, W&R University, provides training and resources primarily to their adviser population. They needed to extend the LMS functionality to better support field leaders.
Specifically, they needed support for the leaders on W&R University LMS that would migrate paper–based tools and resources to online system. They also wanted track and report on field leader progress, making them benchmark field leaders among their peer group.

The Challenge: AIG needed to establish an online process leveraging AIG's Career Campus producer portal.

The Challenge: AXA wanted a redesign that was aesthetically pleasing, intuitive and easily mapped to mobile devices. The site had to be consistent with AXA’s intranet site(s) and branding and maintain users’ course assignment and administrators’ rights. It also had to be cost effective.
Deep links had to be simple to implement, cost effective, and generate automatically for all content uploaded. It had to support all third parties content providers and link to content located on the AXA intranet.
