WADDELL & REED CASE STUDY
The Challenge: Guardian needed to migrate from a paper based annual account review (AAR) process to an electronic system with an online “smart AAR form and workflow” for IAR submission and review.

The new online system also needed to provide support a dashboard for IARs, agency supervisors and compliance to manage submission status.

The Challenge:The existing broker certification was flawed. It required more than 15 hours to complete. The self-registration process for agents was error prone.

The Challenge: AXA wanted a redesign that was aesthetically pleasing, intuitive and easily mapped to mobile devices. The site had to be consistent with AXA’s intranet site(s) and branding and maintain users’ course assignment and administrators’ rights. It also had to be cost effective.
